Shipping policy

Most orders on new product of at least $25.00 will ship free to locations in the lower 48 states. The cost of shipping Used and Clearance items will be calculated using the shipping calculator. Books will ship at a flat rate cost of $3.99 each.

We ship orders via FedEx, UPS and USPS. If your item qualifies for free shipping we will choose the most cost efficient way to transport the package to you. If costs are close, we will ship the fastest way possible, even if it costs us a little more to do so. If you require expedited shipping you are welcome to contact us for a shipping quote. Please be aware that some items of higher value will require signature verification.

Shipping methods are determined by weight and size. Items 1 lb. or less will ship via USPS First Class so a tracking number is generated. Items over 1 lb. will either ship by FedEx Home Delivery or UPS Ground depending on what service offers the best service to your location. If you require express shipping please contact us and we'll be glad to calculate the cost difference for you.

Handling time to process most shipments is usually 24 - 48 hours. If there is any problem with processing your order we will contact you right away to make sure you are updated with the current status of your order.
